Shelby is a Registered Social Worker with Honours Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.W) in Social Worker and a Bachelor of Art Degree (B.A) in Social Development Studies with a Specialization in Social Work both from the University Of Waterloo Renison College.
Shelby provides a space where her clients feel safe and confident to be themselves. She takes an open minded, judgment free approach with her clients. Starting where they are at by offering compassion and validation for their individual lived experiences. Using a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities, building on clients individual strengths and insight. Honouring their journey throughout their one-one-one counselling sessions together. Working alongside individuals from all walks of life to help them achieve their individual goals.
