Kate has a decade of experience working with children and adolescents who struggle with mental health concerns.
She received her undergraduate degree in psychology and her graduate degree in counselling psychology. As a registered social worker she has spent the last 4 years delivering psychotherapy services to children, teens, adults, and families.
Kate practices from an attachment-informed perspective and applies a combination of evidence-based therapies. She has received specialized training in cognitive behaviour therapy, and continues to incorporate current research into her work.
Jenny Lehmann has several years of experience within the field of mental health and psychology. She is a Registered Social Worker who provides counselling to children, youth, individuals and families.
Jenny has received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Waterloo. Prior to completing her Masters degree, Jenny completed an Honours degree for Social Work as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both at the University of Waterloo.
Jenny practices from an anti-oppressive framework that strives towards respect and compassion for all people, utilizing a strengths based approach, as well as incorporating both CBT and DBT techniques. Jenny also practices mindfulness and meditation and has significant experience with these techniques. Jenny engages in trauma-informed counselling and has extensive experience working with individuals who have been impacted by trauma.
Hanah has ten years of experience working with the child, youth, and adult population in a diverse range of settings. Hanah holds a bachelor’s degree in Childhood and Social Institutions along with a certificate in Criminal Justice, both obtained from the University of Western Ontario. She will complete her Master of Social Work degree at the end of the year from Wilfrid Laurier University. Currently, she is providing counselling services under the supervision of Kate McLeod.
Hanah draws from a range of therapeutic modalities to help support others in navigating intense thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She is trained in using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), and the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM). She is most passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, and trauma.
Hanah brings forth a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment through which individuals can share their stories in a place of no judgement. She strongly believes in the inner strength of each and every individual, and it has been a lifelong passion of hers to assist in the journey of helping others.
Natasha is a compassionate and open-minded Registered Social Worker (RSW) with experience working with populations ranging from children and youth to adults and seniors. Natasha is passionate about utilizing a strengths-based lens to empower individuals to achieve their mental health and wellness goals. Natasha uses a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to help individuals feel supported in exploring their mental health goals and improving their overall well-being.
Natasha’s approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Natasha meets her clients where they are at in order to help support them on their mental health and wellness journey.

Brooke has over 8 years of experience working with children, youth and adults dealing with mental health struggles and the challenges of everyday life.
Brooke completed her undergraduate degree in sociology at the University of Waterloo before going on to complete her Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Brooke is a Registered Social Worker and has worked in a variety of different settings throughout her career including in youth custody, residential treatment, community mental health and in one-on-one counselling settings.
Brooke uses techniques from a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of every individual. Brooke always supports individuals through a compassionate, non-judgmental lens, where they are provided with supportive listening, validation, and somebody to bear witness for them in their experiences. In your work with Brooke, you will work together as a team to identify barriers, build on strengths, and gain insight and attunement for a holistic approach.
Ashleigh has 15 years of experience in team development. She has worked in management at a retail company where she was responsible for the hiring, training, developing and coaching of all staff members. Ashleigh worked side by side with her team of managers, and staff, ensuring their individual and team goals were achieved. Ashleigh worked personally with individuals on her team to uncover their strengths and support them in seeking areas of growth and development. Additionally, she utilized her skill set to develop a plan for each individual in order to expand their own unique skills, and enhance their strengths.
