Attachment-Informed Therapy
Attachment focused therapy aims to create a
safe, strong therapist-client relationship built
out of trust. Attachment focused therapy
explores emotional experiences from
childhood that may help to inform solutions
for current challenges.
Attachment focused counselling is ideal for
clients who struggle with emotional
expression, who are seeking to work through
relationship challenges, and can help to treat
mood disorders.
Children and Adolescent Therapy
Working with young people takes a special
skill set and involves using therapeutically
proven interventions. A combination of CBT
and attachment-informed therapy allows the
therapist to create genuine connections with
this special population.
