Olivia is committed to empowering children, youth, and their families through a collaborative and non-judgemental approach. She has extensive experience with children and youth with complex needs, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.
Olivia offers a warm and welcoming space for children and youth to be their authentic selves, building her practice from an anti-oppressive and strengths-based lens. She is passionate about using holistic approaches, including play therapy techniques, art-therapy techniques, yoga, and mindfulness to build self-confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Olivia spent many years living and studying abroad, including the Philippines, Europe, Taiwan, and Belize. She holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from York University, as well as a BA in Human Geography from the University of Victoria.
